16 ct Mixed Media Set – Polychromos Color Pencils contain the highest quality pigments for unsurpassed lightfastness (resistance to fading), which is rated on each pencil. Buttery smooth colour laydown can be easily blended for layered effects, highlights and transitions. Thick 8.3mm leads are break and water- resistant, smudge-proof and provide permanent rich colour. Housed in premium cedar wood casing with SV (Secure-all) bonding to strengthen lead and resist breakage, while providing sharp fine lines and excellent point retention.
