  • Q: Will you be getting more of __________ fabric in?
    A: Probably not, most of the fabric we order is a buy once and sell the bolt until it is empty. Other than the basics like solid colours, the fabric is printed by the manufacturer once, we make a purchase and that is it. So we always recommend getting a little more than you think you need for a project.
  • Q: Do you service machines?
    A: Yes, we have a wonderful in-house service team for repairs and maintenance. We can service Bernina, Bernette, Brother, Handi-Quilter, and Titan brand machines. If you have a machine that is not one of those brands please reach out to us through the above service contact to ask if we can service your machine. If you would like more info CLICK HERE
  • Q: I tried to create an account, or reset my password and I am not receiving the email to reset my password or verify my account. What do I do?
    A: We have noticed that some customers are not getting the emails that they should. Sometimes this is because the email junk filter has put your email into the junk or spam folder. First check there then if you still do not have the email please email webmaster@mysewingroom.ca and they can reset, verify or create your account for you. Afterwards you will be able to login using a temporary password and reset it within your account. We hope to rectify this issue soon.
