Kimberbell’s Jewel Tones Watercolor Pencils provide the perfect water-soluble pigments for colouring your embroidered cards. Simply stitch your design onto a Watercolor Card (sold separately), then add colour, shading and other effects with the pencils and blend using the included water brush pen. The set includes twelve pencils and one re-fillable water brush pen in a resealable tube.
