HBHT15-15 Hydrostick Tear-Away LightWeight – 15in x 5 yds Hydro-Stick stabilizer with a water activated adhesive. Affix fabric to Hydro-Stick to stabilize fabric before hooping or hoop Hydro-Stick and adhere fabric in hoop. Adhesive is a strong bond when dry. Release by reactivating with water.
