- Q: I tried going to a class page that I have paid for but it keeps taking me to page asking me to purchase the class, how can I fix this?
A: The class pages require account authorization to view them. If you do not have an account with us please create one so we can verify your classes. If you do have an account with us please ensure you are signed in, if you are and are still seeing this message please reach out to info@mysewingroom.ca - Q: Will you be getting more of __________ fabric in?
A: Probably not, most of the fabric we order is a buy once and sell the bolt until it is empty. Other than the basics like solid colours, the fabric is printed by the manufacturer once, we make a purchase and that is it. So we always recommend getting a little more than you think you need for a project. - Q: Do you service machines?
A: Yes, we have a wonderful in-house service team for repairs and maintenance. We can service Bernina, Bernette, Brother, Handi-Quilter, and Titan brand machines. If you have a machine that is not one of those brands please reach out to us through the above service contact to ask if we can service your machine. If you would like more info CLICK HERE. A: It would be best to call orderdesk at 403-252-3711. They can answer most questions and will redirect or find out for you if they do not. - Q: What are your store hours?
A: We are open Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm, Sunday 11am-4pm, closed most holidays. - Q: I paid for a class and I can’t find my recording of the class, class notes, or files for the class. Where can I find them?
A: You can find almost all the class notes, recordings and files on the class page. You should have received an email with the link to the class page and password to access it. Alternatively you should be able to go to your “My Account” after signing in you should see a list of buttons linking to the class pages on the left. Otherwise reach out to webmaster@mysewingroom.ca and they will send you what you need. - Q: Where do I find discount codes?
A: Most of the time discount codes will be disclosed in an email, given during a presentation, printed in an ad, or given in a class
